Hey I’m Ali!

I’ve always been a creative person. After working in the fashion design industry in New York City and Pittsburgh, I’ve turned the page to a new chapter of design - weddings! 

Whether it was art classes, craft projects or learning to sew at a young age through completing my fashion design degree, creativity and endless possibilities are my passion. When I was deciding my college major it was almost event planning. Simply Detailed blossomed from my love for details and bringing a cohesive vision to life. As a recent bride who planned and designed my own wedding, I realized I’ve come full circle combining two things that I love! My experience in conceptual design & trend forecasting lends design expertise from the initial color palette development through tablescape design, invitation suite inspiration and all the details in between.
